Acceptable electronic format should be IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs. Authors should verify that they have IEEE Xplore -compatible versions of their manuscripts before submission. |

In addition to the camera-ready manuscript, the submission should include a 40~50 Word ABSTRACT, which will be published in the advance program if the paper is accepted. |

All submitted papers will be reviewed by the technical program committee. Notices of acceptance will be sent out to authors by December 25, 2006 . |

Presentation of accepted papers at the Symposium must be in English and will be limited to 20 minutes with an additional 5 minutes for discussion. Accepted papers will be published as submitted(Full length format) in the Proceedings. |
